Transnational ICT Traineeships – Erasmus+ VET 2025

Valuetech srl coordinates a consortium whose members are ITI "Galileo Ferraris" in Naples, Polo Tecnico Professionale Vendramin Corner in Venice, ITI "E. Medi" in San Giorgio a Cremano and ITCG "E. Mattei" in Casamicciola Terme. Together with Italian and European partners, the project offers transnational traineeships in organisations, private companies and public bodies working in the ICT sector.

Objectives

Give young people from the Consortium a work experience in a European context; strengthen technical and digital skills in the ICT sector; improve foreign language and soft skills (communication, adaptability, autonomy); support their entry into the labour market; strengthen cooperation between schools, training providers and companies in Italy and across Europe.

Target groups

Recent graduates and newly qualified learners from partner schools, unemployed people enrolled in continuing vocational education and training, apprentices of organisations in the Consortium.

Activities

Logistic, pedagogical and language preparation; a traineeship abroad of about 3 months; tutoring and support in the host country.

Expected results

Professional skills in the ICT sector (generative AI software development, data analysis, UI/UX, graphic design, social media, digital marketing) and possible future collaboration opportunities with Valuetech.

Outputs

Certificate from the host company, statement of acquired skills, Europass Mobility, OLS certificate of participation.
